Char Hall has been creating art all her life and has been tattooing for nearly two decades across the United Stated and beyond. Currently based in North Carolina, Hall specializes in illustrative realism both in her tattoos and her art, which spans across multiple genres and mediums while sparking delight, intrigue and awe in all those who view it.
